Title: Can you please reset my pin... its been over 3 days now

 :-*Hi, I am just wanting to see if I can reach someone quicker by posting here. My pin was due to be reset this morning and I am still waiting. I would not be a bother except this is for medical purposes not recreational and my vendor is getting low on product.

This happened to me before, if its been 3 days resend your query to sr support.

 ;) thanks....I did that and still nothing. This is Tuesday late afternoon and monday before noon was my reset date. They did email me over the weekend and told me to email them at my mark so that is what I did. Apparently before long they are not going to reset period and I just got lucky I didn't lose my money. Hopefully something happens soon because my vendor listings are flying out the door.

Well how about you read the official thread?
You'll have to wait 3 days till you answer - the SR-support will have your mail in their inbox.
If you get impatient thats not helping you. I don't know if you second message just "overwrites" your first one regarding "freshness" and you'll have to wait another 3 days.

They just reset me, so don't worry  - wait a day or 2 more

I did read the official thread before I did anything and I spoke to CS on Saturday. They told me just email on day three and they would reset it which I did. I am still waiting. This is the start of day 6. Emailing should not overwrite or put your at the bottom of any list. I have
never had that happen with any forum I have been on or ran in the past...unless it is a new type of program. There has to be a better way of reseting ones pin whether it be test questions or another way while keeping your identity anonymous. This would
benefit members while keeping Pin requests from clogging up SR Support. I know they are busy so Im not gonna bother anymore. Im sure it will be reset today sometime.
 When was your pin due to be reset? Mine was Monday early afternoon but it is now Wednesday. Good thing is that my BC is worth more now than what it was when I made my
deposit. As long as I get someone to email it to me today sometime I should still be okay.

look these rules are in place for a reason you whining about them doesnt help anyone and actually makes you seem like someone trying to beat a member back inot his account to empty it.

not sure why you want instant response. if you are nice with your vendor they will most likely put it on the side for you (especially if you are saying its for medical purpose). i don't even use it for medical purpose except to fall asleep easily and enjoy my dinner. but since i'm good with my vendor they are keeping the bud on the side until I get the coins to them.

So hold your horses :)
